Honest pricing.
Boringly honest.

We're still in closed alpha, so the exact numbers aren't set in stone yet. What is set in stone is how we'll think about pricing forever. Here's the plan.

Tell us about your team

How we think about money.

— the rules we'll keep, even when it costs us

  1. Capped, not "unlimited." "Unlimited" usually means someone's lying about either the limits or the bill. We'll tell you the cap up front, in plain English, and ping you before you hit it.
  2. One number, on the page. No "contact us for pricing." No "starting at." Whatever you'll pay, you'll see — before you sign up.
  3. No surprise bills. If a feature costs more, we'll ask. If you blow past a cap, we throttle — we don't charge. The bill is the bill.
  4. Your data is never the product. We make money the boring way: you pay us, we serve you. We don't sell ads against your conversations. We don't train models on them.
  5. Cancel in two clicks. No call. No "let me transfer you to retention." No 30-day notice. We earn the next month or we don't.
  6. Early-bird pricing is forever. If you joined the alpha or the early-access tier, your price is locked. We grandfather, we don't claw back.
  7. Refunds, no theatre. If you bought in the last 30 days and changed your mind, we refund. Tell us why so we can do better. That's it.

Quick questions, quick answers.

Why isn't there a real price on this page yet?
Because we don't want to write a number down today and quietly raise it at launch. The alpha is teaching us what the real cost-per-active-user looks like. When we know, you'll see it here. Until then — boringly transparent.
If I join the alpha, will I be charged later?
Not without you saying yes. Alpha is free. When the paid tier opens, you'll get a polite e-mail with the new price, locked at our early-bird rate forever, and a button to opt in. No card on file, no auto-conversion.
What does "honest cap" actually mean?
Heavy use of Atlas costs us real money (compute isn't free). So there will be a soft cap that covers a normal week of work — calls, research, scripts, the inbox. If you blow past it, we'll let you know and we'll let you keep going on a smaller-cost tier of models, not silently bill you double.
Will there be a free tier forever?
Probably not. We'd rather charge a fair price and keep the product honest than run a free tier funded by selling your data. There will likely always be a generous trial, but we're not pretending free is sustainable.
What about teams and enterprises?
We're focused on shipping Personal cleanly first. Team tier is built and waiting in the wings. Enterprise (SSO, contracts, custom data residency) is a conversation — drop us a note if that's you.
Will my data ever be used to train models?
No. Not by us, not by anyone. It's in our pledges and it's in our terms. The day that changes is the day you can sue us — which is exactly the safety net we want you to have.
