Do not use ATLAS to
- Access accounts, systems, data, or physical devices without authorization.
- Conduct harmful or unlawful surveillance, stalking, profiling, or discrimination.
- Generate or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, or instructions intended to bypass security.
- Deceive people about consequential communications or impersonate a person without clear authorization and disclosure.
- Make high-impact decisions about employment, credit, housing, education, healthcare, legal services, or essential access without lawful safeguards and accountable human review.
- Develop, procure, test, or deploy weapons or facilitate physical harm.
- Remove audit, approval, tenant, safety, or rate-limit controls.
- Process data you do not have the right to use.
Organization responsibility
Organizations must configure roles, connectors, monitors, action posture, retention, and employee access appropriately; train users; review proposed actions; and investigate misuse. Report security issues to security@xagilab.com.
Enforcement
We may investigate credible misuse and restrict or end access when necessary to protect people, customers, the service, or the law. We aim to apply these rules consistently and proportionately.
